How to Delete
Delete your account from the app

Open the VallyLoop app
Launch the VallyLoop app on your Android device and make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

Go to your Profile
Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen to open your account page.
Usually found in the bottom navigation bar

Open Settings
Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top-right corner of your Profile screen to open account settings.

Select "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap Delete Account. This option is listed under the account management section.

Confirm your decision
Review the confirmation prompt that describes what data will be deleted. Tap Confirm Delete to permanently delete your account. Your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately.

Deletion timeline
Immediately: Your account is deactivated and you are signed out from all devices. Your profile becomes invisible to other community members.
Within 30 days: Your personal data, profile, posts, and community activity are permanently deleted from our systems.
Up to 90 days: Transaction and payment records may be retained for legal and dispute resolution purposes, after which they are also purged.

Request deletion by email
If you are unable to access the app or encounter any issues during the in-app deletion process, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team directly. Include your registered email address and we will process your request within 5 business days.

Frequently asked questions
Can I reactivate my account after deletion?
No. Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, all data is removed and cannot be restored. If you wish to use VallyLoop again, you will need to create a new account and request a fresh invite code from your community admin.
What happens to my pending orders?
If you have active or pending orders, please wait for them to be completed or cancelled before deleting your account. Deleting your account with open orders may prevent the business owner from fulfilling them and could affect dispute resolution.
I'm a business owner. What happens to my listings?
All your business listings, product catalogues, and service details will be permanently removed from the marketplace. Existing orders that have been fulfilled will remain in our records for up to 90 days for payment reference purposes. We recommend settling any outstanding payments before requesting deletion.
I'm a community admin. What happens to my community?
If you are the sole admin of a community, please transfer admin rights to another member before deleting your account. Deleting an admin account without transferring ownership may render the community unmanaged. Contact support@wellstacktools.com for assistance with this process.
How do I just deactivate my account temporarily?
VallyLoop does not currently support temporary account deactivation. If you need a break, simply sign out of the app and stop using it. Your account and data remain intact until you actively choose to delete. Contact support@wellstacktools.com if you have specific concerns.
