Child Safety Standards
1. Scope and Applicability
These standards apply to:
- All registered users of the VallyLoop mobile application (Android and iOS)
- Community administrators managing housing society communities on the platform
- Business owners listed on the VallyLoop marketplace
- All content, messages, posts, images, and interactions on the platform
These standards are consistent with globally recognised frameworks including those established by the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and the WeProtect Global Alliance Model National Response.
2. Age Restrictions and Eligibility
VallyLoop is strictly intended for users aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly permit minors to register for or use the platform.
- Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account on VallyLoop.
- Community administrators are responsible for ensuring that invite codes are not shared with or used by individuals under 18.
- If we become aware that a minor has registered on the platform, that account will be immediately suspended and all associated data deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Parents or guardians who believe a minor has registered should contact us immediately at support@wellstacktools.com.
3. Prohibited Content and Behaviour
The following are strictly prohibited on the VallyLoop platform and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities:
- ✕ Sharing, distributing, or requesting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
- ✕ Grooming or attempting to groom a child through any platform feature including messages, posts, or group interactions
- ✕ Using the platform to solicit, arrange, or facilitate sexual contact with a minor
- ✕ Sharing any sexualised imagery, content, or language involving minors
- ✕ Creating or managing content that normalises, glorifies, or trivialises the sexual abuse or exploitation of children
- ✕ Using the platform to contact or attempt to contact minors for sexual purposes
- ✕ Sharing personal information of children without the consent of a parent or legal guardian
- ✕ Using the platform to facilitate trafficking of minors or other forms of exploitation
4. Platform Safeguards and Prevention Measures
VallyLoop is an invite-only community platform. We have implemented the following structural and technical safeguards to protect against CSAE:
- Content Review: All reported content is reviewed within 24 hours of a report being filed. Content confirmed to violate these standards is removed immediately.
- Account Suspension: Accounts found to be in violation of these standards are immediately suspended pending investigation, and permanently terminated upon confirmation of a violation.
- Data Preservation: In cases involving suspected CSAE, we preserve relevant account data and cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.
- No End-to-End Encryption for Reported Content: Where content is reported for CSAE, we are able to access and review that content for investigation purposes in compliance with applicable law.
5. Reporting Process and Response Procedures
If you encounter or suspect any child sexual abuse or exploitation on VallyLoop, please report it immediately. We take every report seriously and respond with urgency.
6. Contact Information for Child Safety Concerns
You can reach our dedicated safety team through the following channels. Do not delay — if a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
7. Cooperation with Law Enforcement and Authorities
VallyLoop is committed to full cooperation with law enforcement agencies and child protection organisations in all applicable jurisdictions. Our cooperation policy includes:
- Evidence Preservation: Upon receipt of a credible CSAE report or lawful request, we immediately preserve account data, messages, and content relevant to the investigation for a minimum of 90 days.
- Lawful Disclosure: We will disclose user data to law enforcement in response to valid legal process (court orders, warrants, or emergency requests) in accordance with applicable law.
- NCMEC Reporting: As required, we report confirmed instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline.
- Emergency Disclosure: In cases of imminent risk to a child's life or safety, we may disclose information to law enforcement without requiring formal legal process.
8. Enforcement and Consequences
Any user, administrator, or business found to have violated these child safety standards will face:
- Immediate and permanent account termination with no right of appeal
- Permanent ban from all WellStackTools platforms and services
- Reporting to law enforcement and relevant child protection authorities
- Cooperation with any resulting criminal investigation
- Civil legal action where appropriate
There are no warnings, grace periods, or second chances for violations of these standards. Our zero-tolerance policy is absolute.
9. External Reporting Resources
If you encounter child sexual abuse material or exploitation anywhere online — on or off the VallyLoop platform — you can also report it directly to these organisations:
10. Policy Review and Updates
These child safety standards are reviewed at least annually and updated whenever there are material changes to our platform, applicable laws, or industry best practices. Material changes will be communicated to all users via in-app notification and email.
Continued use of the VallyLoop platform constitutes acceptance of these standards. Users who do not agree with these standards must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
