• Order Information: Items ordered, quantity, delivery or service preferences, and payment details including UPI Transaction Reference (UTR) numbers and payment proof images.
• Community Activity: Posts, comments, poll responses, and hobby group participation.

• Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers).
• Log data (IP address, access times, pages viewed, app activity).
• Usage data (features used, time spent on the Platform).

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from community administrators regarding your membership status and approval.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and verify your identity.
• Process orders and facilitate payments between consumers and businesses.
• Enable community features including posts, polls, and hobby groups.
• Communicate with you about your orders, account, and community activity.
• Send notifications about new services, community announcements, and platform updates.

4. How We Share Your Information

• With Community Administrators: Your name, contact details, and membership status are visible to the administrator of your registered community to manage approvals.
• With Business Owners: When you place an order, your name and contact information are shared with the relevant business to fulfil your order.
• With Consumers: Your business name, description, and listed services are visible to approved members of your community.
• Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating our Platform (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics), subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Payment Processing: UTR numbers and payment proof images are stored to facilitate order confirmation and dispute resolution.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
• Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records for dispute resolution).
